Breasts are love and eroticism: objects of desire and admiration.
Breasts are life: a source of nourishment, the moving sight of a breastfeeding mother.
Breasts are art: artists’ fascinations captured on canvas, marble, photography, and literature.
Breasts are bodies: susceptible to disease.
They are often also death.

With the album “BREASTS IN POLAND,” we aim to draw attention to the issue of breast cancer in a different way than is generally accepted. For the first time in history, prominent Polish women revealed their breasts to save the breasts of other Polish women. They showed beauty because it’s worth protecting.
An additional strength of the album are the texts and interviews by Marzena Chełminiak, a journalist who herself fought a successful battle with breast cancer.
